Home Safety Assessment

Life Live it! Occupational Therapy understands the importance of living in a safe home environment.

We conduct a thorough assessment focusing on all factors affecting safety. In addition to the home environment, the client’s intrinsic and extrinsic risk factors are also carefully considered.

Identified safety concerns are addressed with the client and we work together to develop solutions to eliminate and/or best manage risks to safety.
